Small Group Formation
Seminary culture is integral to formation. By establishing and cultivating small groups in seminaries, we invest in men who learn to push each other further in holiness and evangelical zeal.
With mentorship, they gain practical skills in inviting, hosting, leading, and asking good questions that enable them to lead small groups in their parishes and mentor lay small group leaders.
Mentorship & Coaching
We provide mentorship to seminarians leading small groups and in their summer assignments, and individual evangelistic efforts.
We provide coaching and consulting for priests in parishes who want to learn how to start discipleship initiatives by providing the resources and accountability needed for such an endeavor. We want them to feel supported throughout it all.
Courses & Workshops
We provide practical workshops and courses to immerse seminarians and priests in missionary discipleship.
From their experience of living out missionary discipleship, our hope is that they will bring it to the leaders in their parishes and provide ample support to lay new evangelistic efforts.

A Flourishing Parish
In the work of the New Evangelization, the parishioners themselves are missionary disciples, participating in a culture of discipleship and inviting others to the life-giving message of Jesus Christ. New Evangelization initiatives, then, primarily target lay people in their efforts to raise up missionary disciples.
We give seminarians and priests the vision and practical skills to be the leaders of these evangelizing and disciple-making parishes.
Spiritual fatherhood
A strong spiritual father is the focal point of all these endeavors. It is he who must rally his children to fight for the Gospel and to be missionary disciples.
The priest who has a relationship with Jesus and has been equipped to live out his promises with apostolic zeal will change the hearts of his parishioners and spur them onto mission.
